2. Account Manager
This position is the classic account maintenance position. The opportunity in this position is for a leader to emerge to take control of the Account Management team, set up long term account maintenance policies, account growth strategies, and create value-added programs. This position requires a dedication to creating and maintaining long term relationships and customer satisfaction. There will be several direct reports as well as liaison duties with internal and external customers, vendors, and suppliers. Pay range DOE 50K-90K. Minimal travel required.
This position requires a minimum of 2+ years (currently) in the Benefits side of the Insurance industry with a stable work history of 2-3 years at every employer. Experience in mid to jumbo accounts and self insured entities (public and private) a huge plus!
